Pride Moms 2009!

You all might remember the video that Rob did last year profiling these amazing ladies, Margaret and Nora, who we called the "Pride Moms" Well they were back this year in full force... even with a few obstacles in their way.

(sorry for the shakey cam, don't know what was happening there)

Here is the original video from last year:

Also, stay tuned, I'm putting the parade video together this week.

Hope you had an amazing weekend!

(in)tangible

This is a documentary short that a film students made and I really think that is it amazing to see what happens with people when you ask them a question as simple as "are you in love?"

The girl with the Little Edie vibe to her... goodness that is some PAIN.
This also makes me realize that I work with some damn talented kids.

Cereal Wednesday: YouTube Done Right!

So I found this YouTuber that does breakfast cereal reviews. At first I was all, "What the fuck is this?" but after listening him go on and on about Chocolate Rice Chex, it became quite funny to me. Also, he knows quite a lot about the cereal, which in turn is quite interesting. They are like 10 minutes each... lol. YouTube channel is here

Here is his review of Golden Crisp:

Maybe drive-thru safaris aren't such a good idea...

The Real Housewives of NJ really know how to keep it classy.

The "Fire David Letterman" Rally: A clear picture of Right-Wing America

For those of you that follow me on Twitter and Facebook will know; I have been greatly upset by the right-wing extremists attack on David Letterman over a joke that he told about Sarah Palin's 18 year old daughter (though there was a misunderstanding and it was perceived as the 14 year old daughter). Anyway, they mobilized and picketed his show taping yesterday and here it is:

I think Dave will be fine...

Kathy Griffin on Larry King Live

I love her...

A Literal Translation of Joe Cocker.

This is very funny to me...

5 Days to New iPhones

I'm so excited... I'll be getting mine on Friday and Rob is getting his Saturday (I think). With the next gen camera and video recording, it will be much easier to post on this blog right from our phone. AND I know that a certain NSFW site will greatly benefit from the auto focus.... YAY!

well, no f*cking sh*t...

"I don’t think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear that I’m gay. I've been living in Los Angeles for eight years as a gay man. I've been at clubs drunk making out with somebody in the corner...Right after the finale, I almost started talking about it to the reporters, but I thought, ‘I’m going to wait for Rolling Stone, that will be cooler. I didn’t want the Clay Aiken thing and the celebrity-magazine bullshit. I need to be able to explain myself in context. I’m proud of my sexuality. I embrace it. It’s just another part of me....[Ultimately], I’m trying to be a singer, not a civil rights leader."

Anybody care? Is this a liberation? What are your thoughts?

She crazy
