A Match Made in Douchebag Heaven

So today on Bonnie Hunt (yes I'm still watching it) Josh Kelly was on singing some horrible song about being proud of someone.
Gross. He and La Heigl deserve each other. Its hard to see who spends more time plucking their eyebrows.

One Class Act!

The new musical 9 to 5 opened (correction: LA opening) this week and during the opening night performance, the set malfunctioned and they had to stop the show. Well, Dolly Parton, who was in the audience, popped right up and sang some songs... and I couldn't love her more!.

Here is the footage that was caught:

The Slanket

So a while back I posted about The Slanket, which is a blanket with sleeves. Well, all you can see by this advertisement, it seems like a hip thing to have. As if to say, "Hey, everyone, grab you're Slankets and get over here!"

Well, that might be nice. then there is reality...
It's so hot on the inside I thought I was going to die... not to mention, I look like morbidly obese wizard.

Interesting...

How Much Do We Love HEART

I Fucking LOVE this

"On Thursday night Heart’s “Barracuda” was blasting through the Republican National Convention hall in tribute to vice presidential candidate Sarah “Barracuda” Palin, who was up on stage with presidential nominee John McCain following his speech.

Earlier on Thursday, Heart had e-mailed out a statement in response to an earlier usage of the song, saying:

"The Republican campaign did not ask for permission to use the song, nor would they have been granted that permission. We have asked the Republican campaign publicly not to use our music. We hope our wishes will be honored."

After “Barracuda” was played Thursday night, Heart guitarist/songwriter Nancy Wilson called Entertainment Weekly to complain: “I feel completely [expletive-d] over.” She and sister/singer Ann Wilson then e-mailed the Web site a new statement:

“Sarah Palin's views and values in NO WAY represent us as American women. We ask that our song 'Barracuda' no longer be used to promote her image. The song 'Barracuda' was written in the late 70s as a scathing rant against the soulless, corporate nature of the music business, particularly for women. (The 'barracuda' represented the business.) While Heart did not and would not authorize the use of their song at the RNC, there's irony in Republican strategists' choice to make use of it there.”

Vikings for Palin

Look front and center.

Unfortunately, this is not a joke... though, she kinda is...
